Raffle Rules
By purchasing a Al Kader Shriners Raffle ticket you automatically agree to abide by all of the following:- All Local, State, and Federal Laws will be adhered to.
- You must be 18 years old and be within the state of Oregon to purchase a ticket.
- You need not be present to win.
- All winners will be notified.
- Offer void where prohibited by law.
- All sales are final.
- Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges.
- Proceeds are for the benefit of Al Kader Shriners
- Payments are not TAX Deductible
- Winner pays any Tax, Title and Licensing Fees
- The winner will be notified by either US Mail/Email or Phone
- If the winner does not claim the prize, the motorcycle will be held in a trust for a period of six months from the date of the draw. If at that time the motorcycle is still unclaimed it shall be donated to the licensee (Al Kader Shriners)

Do I need to be present in order to win?
No, you do not need to be present to win a prize in the Raffle.
How will I know if I won?
You will receive notice/certificate via U.S. Mail in addition to a phone call / email within two weeks.
Al Kader Shriners will also post the winner on the website, usually within 72 hours after the raffle is over.
How do I claim my prize?
Contact Al Kader Shrine at 503.682.4420 to verify your winnings and collect your prize.
Are there any costs to me when I win?
The winner pays any tax, title, and licensing fees.
